What is the story behind this successful company?

An empire Malaysian government that known as DRB-HICOM,was the first that established this company in 1993. Their started the operation in 18 November 1996. Unfortunately,AirAsia had indebted heavily which exceed to RM40 million.Anthony Francis Fernandez or also known as Tony Fernandez,from Tune Air Sdn. Bhd. willing to purchase the company by the price of RM1 and take the risk to bear the debt as part of the purchase.

Under the leadership of Tony Fernandez,he turned up the company well by making a profit in 2002 As the time past,AirAsia has turned into the biggest company and had a lot branch in worldwide.

In this company,they were provide an organized system,which is Transaction Processing System by online booking system that ease for everyone to use it.So in this system,there were seven key elements which are boundary,environment,inputs,outputs,components,interfaces and last but not least is storage.I would describe it one by one.
