Environment
As for environment,it involves everything outside of the system such as the user which more likely known as customers itself. It also provides inputs to the system.Environment constantly interact with the system and adapt themselves to the conditions in their environment.
The environment that exists in this system are the customers can book the flight ticket through online which they don't have to waste their time and energy to line up at the counter ticket. Before that,they have to register by log in are recommended use their email or Facebook.The department that manage the flight ticket were also involve in this system by collecting the data of customer. Other than that, they also can update the data of the customer for available booking that they provide for customers.
